These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glitch Bot platform, including our website, APIs, AI-powered tools (Gantt charts, Kanban boards, NoteBoards, AI agents), and any related software or services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CyberHeroes Ltd ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and CyberHeroes Ltd. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We use OAuth authentication (Google, GitHub) — we never store passwords. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorised.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes during the term of your subscription.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Service until payment is made. Continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in account termination and data deletion in accordance with our retention policy.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create using the Service ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your projects, charts, boards, notes, prompts, or AI-generated outputs derived from your prompts.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licenceto host, store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service, including its code, design, branding, algorithms, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by CyberHeroes Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
AI-generated outputs are derived from your prompts and belong to you. However, AI models may produce similar outputs for different users. We do not claim copyright over AI-generated content, and you should review outputs for accuracy and originality before use in commercial contexts.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purposes. Specifically, you must not:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. The effects of termination vary depending on the circumstances:
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law; (c) any outstanding fees become immediately due; (d) sections of these Terms intended to survive termination (including IP, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) continue to apply.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI outputs will be error-free.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CyberHeroes Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberHeroes Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@cyberheroes.co.uk to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are a consumer (using the Service for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you retain all rights granted by consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Order Form, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberHeroes Ltd regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver. A waiver of any provision must be in writing and signed by the waiving party.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.
